She is survived by: her children, Jacquelyn (Karon) and Jack Jr. (Chris); her siblings, Betty Purvis (Kenny), Helen Coste (Arthur) and Jud Gartman (Gayla); her brother-in-law Louis Hill (late Beryl); her grandson Derek; her granddaughter-in-law Tonya; and her great grandchildren, Jourdan, Jaden and Abram.
