He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Jewel and Jonny Mae Capps (Nalley). He is survived by : his wife Doris Fay Capps; his children, Freddie Joe Capps, II, Kristi Capps Emanus, John Harvey Capps and Caroline; his grandchildren, Mallory Emanus, Kourtney Emanus and Amelia Emanus; his great grandchild Anastasia Farris; and his sister Freida Peel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
