It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Twylia Simpson (Chatham, Louisiana), born in Sheldon, Missouri, who passed away on May 11, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Jesse R. Simpson; her son David Mitchell; and her siblings, Wilmer Sheppard, Russell Sheppard, Shirley Boullt and Marilyn Roberts.

She is survived by : her children, John B. Mitchell (Jean), Judy Perrault (Robert), Pam Ebey and Alice Wiley (James). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
