He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Isaac LeBlanc and Eula Mae Fabacher; his son David Wayne LeBlanc Jr.; and his sisters, Elaine "Tuttie" Rodrigue and Thelma "Tiny" LeBlanc.
He is survived by: his daughter Tabitha LeBlanc; his sisters, Earline LeBlanc Mirza (Nick) of Lafayette, Linda LeBlanc Girouard (Paul) of Cypress and Wanda "Sue" LeBlanc Henson (Charles) of Bakersfield; his grandchildren, Aaron M. LeBlanc of Bremerton and Avery LeBlanc of Bremerton; his significant other Marie Scott; and also Ann Marie Brown.
