It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lolita B. Savoy (Church Point, Louisiana), who passed away on May 21, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandson John Glenn Daigle; her parents, Francis Bertinot and Bonita D. Bertinot; and her sister Bonita B. Hilton. She is survived by: her husband Levin Savoy of Richard; her children, Joe Savoy of Spring, TX, David (Nita Savoy) of Richard, Andre Savoy of Church Point, Doug (Margo Savoy) of Lafayette, Tim (Donna Savoy) of Parker, CO, Warren (Geraldine Savoy) of Church Point, Annette (Glenn Daigle) of Church Point and Yvonne (Brian Goodman) of Chase, LA; her grandchildren, Tess, Amy, Heather, Sarah, Ryan, Matt, Elizabeth, Mike, Allie, Jared, Jordan and Noelle; her great grandchildren, Trey, Hannah, Jack, Caroline, James, Isabell, Blake, Kailey, Hunter, Holden, John Michael, Claire, Aaron, Effie, Nathan and McKenna; and her great great grandchildren, John-Lawrence, Jack-Francis and James-Dean.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Duhon Funeral Home Church (701 S Broadway St, Church Point, LA 70525). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Edward Catholic Church (1463 Charlene Hwy, Church Point, LA 70525).
