She is survived by : her children, Charles Larry Carter (Evelyn), Bobby Carter (Rhonda), Patricia Rachal (David), Sherman Carter, Dennis Carter (Karla) and Michael Carter (Teri); and her siblings, Frances Beebe and Jean Hall. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
