He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Carraway and Gladys Thompson; his wife Marylin Allbritton Carraway; his sons, Joel Carraway, Jason Carraway (Amanda) and Jeremy Carraway (Paige); his siblings, Dennis Carraway, Sandra Carraway and Brenda Jeffers (Leon); and his grandchildren, Kenlee Carraway, Kaylee Carraway, Jace Carraway and Brandon Crafts.
