He was predeceased by : his parents, Wesley Anderson and Bobbie Evans Anderson; and his sisters, Mildred Noble, Marie McNamee and Evelyn Carter.

He is survived by : his wife Faye V. Anderson of Winnsboro; his sons, James Michael Anderson of Winnsboro and Jason Anderson of Winnsboro; his siblings, John W. Anderson of Benton, LA, Frank Anderson of Wesson, Mississippi and Bobbie Sproles of Winnsboro; his grandchildren, Colby Anderson, Hanna Anderson, Grayson Killian and Mason Richmond; and his great grandchild Adelyn Lindsey.
