He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Ephriam Cecil Kelly and Louise Varnell Kelly; and his uncles, Glen Kelly and Randy Kelly. He is survived by : his mother Peggy Kelly; his daughter Randi Clair Kelly; his stepdaughter Nealy Blair McCoy; and his uncle Terry Kelly. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
