She was predeceased by : her parents, George M Powell and Maddie Powell; her half-brothers, Henry Ray Patrick and John A Patrick; and her children, Patricia Driever Dodson (Jerry) and Rex Dean Driever.

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Loyd Dodson (Tena), David Dodson (Ronda) and Deana Driever Summerhill; her great grandchildren, Lacey Dodson, Ruffin Dodson and Drake Summerhill; and her daughter Mary Brown.
