He is survived by : his wife Lisa Adams; his children, Jay Paul Pleasant, Jason Adams (Alice), Kim "Fuzzy" Adams (Jennifer), Cameron Adams (Jamie Ortego), Misti Adams (Donny Harris) and Melanie Hutchins (Derek); his siblings, Charlie Adams (Vickie) and Dawn Feazel (Dale); his grandchildren, Autumn Wafer, Ronnie Black, Summer Black, Corey Barlow, Sean Barlow, Hannah Cummings, Destiny Adams, Camden Adams, Ambriegh Adams and Llayla Adams; and his great grandchildren, Bowen Wafer and Kash Layfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
