He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Knight Peralta; his children, David E. Peralta, Steven L. Peralta, Loretta P. Gill (Tinker) and Elliott "Chip" Peralta; and his siblings, Elmer Peralta and Irma Peralta. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, and 11 GreatGrandchildren He was predeceased by his Parents.
