He was predeceased by: his spouse Theora Olivieri Fitzmorris; his daughter Brenda Jane Fitzmorris; and his parents, Larcie Bush Fitzmorris and Lawrence "Loren" Casen Fitzmorris. He is survived by: his children, David Fitzmorris (Barbara), Paula Gail Ellis (late Joey) and Linda Kay Maureau (David); his siblings, Willard, Jeron, Glen Ray Fitzmorris (Adrian Fitzmorris) and Ollie Fitzmorris McGillivary (Lucille Fitzmorris Harriss); his grandchildren, David, Chris (Fawn), Nicholas (Melanie), Ashlie, Ashley (Johnny) and Kaylee (Colby); and his great grandchildren, Brianne, Kelsey, Gavin, Victoria, Ariah, Madeleine, Luke, Jacques, Gracelyn and Josie. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Fitzmorris to be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
