He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Anselmo and Antonina Taormina Anselmo; and his sister Judith Anselmo Dave. He is survived by: his children, Philip H. Anselmo (Kate), John, Joseph, Andrea (Jim), Adrienne (Jacob) and Alyse (Kyle); his grandchildren, Blair Bourgeois, Austin Foreman, Beau Foreman, Ella Derry, Philip Gaudet, Lucy Derry, Jack Gaudet and Antonina Anselmo; and his great grandchild Sophia Foreman.

A Celebration of his life will be held on a later date due to coronavirus restrictions.
