She is survived by : her children, Blaze, Kade, Kolton, Joseph, Jaxon, Arielle and Arianna; her parents, Terrance, Sr. (Lita Deshotel) and Sarah Deshotel of Crowley; her siblings, Terrance, Jr., Zachary, Jesse and Paige; and her grandmothers, Janis Deshotel and Laura Broussard. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
