She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Harry Faulk; her parents, Ignazio Lusco and Josephine Ragusa Lusco; and her siblings, Sarah Lusco Grado and Samuel J. Lusco.
She is survived by: her children, Carlotta F. Hayes of Lafayette and Robert K. Faulk (Vickie) of Crowley; and her grandchildren, Pamela Faulk Dauphine (Nicholas), Bridget Faulk Miller (Ryan) of Crowley, Christopher Perrodin and Stephen Hayes of Lafayette. She is also survived by six great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters.
