He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Tipton Faulk of Maryville, TN.; his parents, Mervin Faulk and Mary Thomas Faulk; and his brother-in-law Allen Fontenot. He is survived by: his close friends, Chloe, Jake and Pedro; his children, Vickie Faulk O'Friel (Michael) of Lafayette and R. Greg Faulk of Crowley; his grandchildren, Matthew, Garrett and Katie O'Friel; his sister Virginia Faulk Fontenot of Crowley; his sibling's children, Marla Fontenot and Bill Triggs; and his caregivers, Felithia Hunter (Fee), Katrina Breaux, Shelley Istre and Anthony Webster.
