She is survived by: her husband Matthew Evans; her children, Kassidy Brooke Evans, Matthew Keyton Evans and Mackenzie Layne Evans; her mother Gwen Causey Slaton; and her sister Candace Slaton Lockhart (Brandon).

Donations may be made in Alisha's memory to the Revival Temple Church Youth Program.
