He is survived by: his wife Mirella Vassallo; his son Jose Enrique Sosa; his grandchildren, Joseph Sosa, Jonathan Sosa, Aliyanna Sosa, Kristofer Sosa, Brianna Sosa, Brenden Sosa and Sebastian Sosa; his great grandchildren, Joseph Sosa Jr. and Bryson Sosa; his siblings, Jaime Sosa-Rios and Margarita Sosa-Rios; and his siblings' children, Ricky Sosa, Danny Sosa, Henry Sosa, Jaime Figueroa-Sosa and Gloria Burton.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (865 Hatchell Ln, Denham Springs, LA 70726).
