She is survived by: her husband José Luis Martinez; her children, CaSandra Linsey, Tyler Lynn, Zachariah Cade, Quincy Grace and Milan Mary Monique; her mother Sandra Gary; her brother William Jared Fowler; and her niece Baylea Scarborough. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
