He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bailey and Elizabeth Bailey; his wife Merle Bailey; his son Paul Bailey; his grandchildren, Cody and Hope; and his siblings, Dub Bailey, Wanda Miller, Wilma Calcote, Agnes Womack and Guynell Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Pam Bailey of DeRidder, LA; his sisters, Fay Culpepper of Shreveport, LA and Pat Willis of DeRidder, LA; his grandchildren, Holly, Landis, Reagan, Morgan, Samantha and Colton; his great grandchildren, Shianne, Michael, Elaine, Luke, Cody, Gage, Addie, Allison Jade, James Cy, Faith Rea and Adrianna; and his great great grandchildren, Emmett and Olivia. He is also survived by three children has grown into six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
