She was predeceased by : her former life partner Cleveland Labat, Sr.; her husband Leverance Labat; her daughter Shirley Labat; her parents, Alceste Theriot and Adolphine Theriot; her siblings, Thomas, Adam, Joseph Theriot, Marie Guidry, Pearlie Champagne, Eve Zeringue Pertuit and Rita Bourgeois; and her grandson Chad.

She is survived by : her children, Cleveland Labat Jr., Evelyn Schouest and Brenda Gervais (Hubert); her grandsons, Kevin (Kelly), Marc (Janice), Don (Katie), Brent (Becky), Todd (Crystal) and Shane (Leann); her great grandchildren, Darren (Julie), Devin, Nicholas, Christopher L., Blake (Arianna), Katie, Claire, Annie, Victoria (Josh), Christopher S., Katelyn, Lauren, Chad Jr., Amanda, Ashley and Mindy; and her great great grandchild Greyson.
