He is survived by : his spouse Cynthia Isner Hollingsworth; his children, David Hollingsworth, IV and Rebecca Hollingsworth (Steven Maher); his stepchildren, Anthony Allan (Angela), Julie Turrentine (Timothy) and LauraLee Hoberek (David); his stepgrandchildren, Cheyanne, Kaylie, Devin, Landon, Patrick and Isabella; his sibling Sallie Forman-Gitlitz (Jonah); and his parent David Hollingsworth, Jr.. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
