He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Blanchard and Sybil Blanchard; his grandparents, Adiole, Mandy Blanchard, Johnny Booty, JP and Rosemary Martin; his parents-in-law, Philip Breaux and Diane Breaux; his brother-in-law Brian Landry; and his close friend Lloyd Delatte.
He is survived by: his wife Hope Blanchard; his children, Amber Landry (Luke) and Rodney Blanchard; his granddaughter Claire Landry; his siblings, Dawn Landry (Roland), Kim Blanchard, Gavin Blanchard and Joshua Blanchard (Amanda); his siblings-in-law, Lisa Falcon (Brian), Regina Landry, Mitchell Landry (Louise) and Mark Landry; and his mother-in-law Jacqueline Breaux. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jason's honor to the American Heart Association or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
