She was predeceased by : her husband Purvis Hammons; her daughter Merilyn Antley; her sister Louise Averitte; and her parents, Willie Roberts and Gordie Roberts.

She is survived by : her son Tod Hammons (Barbie) of Downsville; her granddaughter Stephanie Hammons Turnbow (James) of Downsville; her children, Taylor and Wesley of Downsville; her grandson Purvis A. Hammons (Jessica); her children, Nathan, Layton and Logan of Downsville; her grandson Steve Antley (Linda); her daughters, Ashley Antley and Ashtyn Antley Barrett (Josh); her grandson Eric Antley (Amy); and her children, Jordyn, Austyn, Sydney and Tyler of Downsville.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Downsville Baptist Church in her memory, P.O. Box 87, Downsville, La 71234.
