He was predeceased by : his parents, Ray Garner and Della Garner. He is survived by : his wife Rose Willett Garner of Dry Prong; his son Samuel Garner (Marybeth) of Lebanon, OH.; his siblings, Jack Garner (Charlotte) of Bentley, Judy Robinson (Author) of Winnfield and Janice Sudduth (Chuck) of Dry Prong; and his grandchildren, Jackson Garner and Landry Garner.
