She was predeceased by: her husband George Bushnell; her parents, Alsan Sr and Mary Bellard, Sr.; her siblings, Frances Kraft, Johnson Bellard, Marie Bellard, Rogers Bellard (Eva) and Alsan Bellard, Jr.; and her son-in-law Joseph Bellow.
She is survived by: her children, David Bushnell (Denise) of Eunice, LA, Regina Bellow of Duralde, LA, Paul Bushnell (Joyce), Judith Bushnell, Albert Bushnell of Lafayette, LA and Mary Bushnell of Elton, LA; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Bellard and Kathi Bellard.
