He is survived by : his wife Ruth Richardson Fulford of Epps, LA; and his sons, Raymond Earl Fulford Jr. (Beverly Ann) of Epps, James L. McCullough Jr. (Tracy) of Delhi, LA and Michael Wayne McCullough of Deridder, LA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
