Carolyn Bertrand Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Bertrand of Estherwood, Louisiana, born in Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldine Faucheux Labat and Raymond August Labat; her brother Steven Labat; her father-in-law Hubert Bertrand; her brother-in-law Bret Dryden; and her nephew Cory Labat.
She is survived by: her husband Randy Bertrand of Estherwood; her sons, Blaine Bertrand of Rayne and Dustin Bertrand (Morgan) of Maurice; her granddaughter Sydney Bertrand; her siblings, Alison Labat Dryden, Shirley Labat Lafleur (Steven), Tammy Labat Arceneaux (Donald), Carla Labat Bergeron (Jason), Pauline Labat Fontenot (Bryan), Mandy Labat Richard (Terance), Paul Labat and Kevin Labat; her mother-in-law Ouida Bertrand; and her siblings-in-law, Roland Bertrand (Kathryn), Donna Roy (Douglas) and Katherine Trahan (Michael). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 8:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Duhon Funeral Home - Crowley (1529 Crowley Rayne Hwy, Crowley, LA 70526). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church (901 E Elm St, Crowley, LA 70526).
