She was predeceased by : her husband Gene Burnham; her parents, Woodrow Smith and Annie Pearl Siddon Smith; and her siblings, Terry Phillips, Dale Phillips, Linda Jacques and James Roy Smith.
She is survived by : her children, Heath Burnham and Jenny Burnham; and her siblings-in-law, Sue Jordan, Dianne Phillips and Dayton Burnham. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and neighbors.
