She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gulley and Effie Gulley; and her husband Reverend Jessie Foster. She is survived by: her daughters, Robbin Foster Bowman (Hubert) and Ashley Foster Bolin (Brad); her granddaughters, Jessica Bowman Bankston (Ted), Nicole Bowman LaBeff (Lance), Lacy Bolin Maggio (Matt), Ryane Bolin Miles (Layne) and Laney Bolin; her great grandchildren, Rhyder Burke, Deacon Bankston, Ava Bankston, Luke Miles, Mattie Maggio, Owen Miles and Kendall Maggio; and her siblings, Robert Gulley, Jennifer Wicker and Susan Edwards.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farmerville - Kilpatrick Funeral Homes (202 N Washington St, Farmerville, LA 71241). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (3501 LA-828, Farmerville, LA 71241).
