He is survived by : his son Stanley Mingo of Houston, TX; and his siblings, Samuel Mingo of Oakland, CA, Johnnie Ruth Jenkins, Ida Sibley Bickham of Franklinton, LA and Christine Vernon of Oakland, CA.
