She was predeceased by : her husband Luke Varon Bellanger, Sr.; her parents, Onezime Callais and Clara Callais; her daughter Evelyn Bruce; her granddaughter Michele; her great grandchild Parker; and her siblings, Abdon Callais, Fornest Callais, Weber Callais, Joseph Callais, Harris Callais and Inez Gisclair.
She is survived by : her children, Jacqueline Plaisance Hassell (Tom), Maloy Guilbeau (Phil), Luke Varon Bellanger, Jr. (Ezella) and Connie Castagnetta (Lanny); her grandchildren, Curtis, Jr., David, Tracy, Brandi, Kelli, Kyle, Luke, III, Jessica, Mia, Travis, Tony, Jonathan, Eric and Lucas; her sister Velma Callais Rogers; and her son-in-law Curtis Bruce, Sr. (Martha). She is also survived by 32 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
