He was predeceased by : his father Albert Bailey; and his brother-in-law John Zuleger. He is survived by : his wife Carol Lynn Chabert Bailey; his mother Alice Bailey; his siblings, Alison Zuleger, Zona Brown, Vonda Bailey, Stanley and Kayla Bailey; and his children, Levon Bailey (Lena West), Bill, Lisa Chabert, Don Chabert, Crel, Chris Kramer, Callie, Carlo Cavazos, Tony Ray Bailey (Sarah) and Maleah Bailey. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and countless friends.
