He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sr. Bailey and Annie Bell Ransom Bailey; his wife Rosia Craige Bailey; his daughter Jeanette Bailey Gordon; and his siblings, Willie Bailey Sr., Woodrow Bailey Sr., Larry Bailey Sr., Mary Ann Bailey and Violet Bailey Sheldon.
He is survived by: his sister Hazel Bailey of Philadelphia, PA.; and his grandchildren, Alexis Gordon of Darrow, Crystal Gordon of Darrow, Rodney Gordon of Darrow, Judge Alvin Turner, Bruce Cushenberry and Brian Stewart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
