It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Rogers Guidry of Gonzales, Louisiana, who passed away on May 21, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Wayne J. Guidry; her parents, Rita Rogers and Joseph "Joby" Rogers; her daughter Candice Clancy; her siblings, Ann Cronon and Joseph "Joe" Rogers; and her nephew William "David" Spencer.

She is survived by : her siblings, Carmen McAlister and Steve Rogers (Lori); her children, Chad Guidry (Tonya), Roxanne Mockbee (Julius) and Theresa Madere; her grandchildren, Dylan Johnson of Donald, Cheyenne Guidry, Connor Guidry, Harley Madere, Michael Madere and Rita Guidry; and her great grandchildren, Braiden McLean and Westin McLean.

A memorial service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Praise Church (36452 C Braud Rd, Prairieville, LA 70769).
