He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Samuel P. and Deborah W. Jackson; and his sibling Willie Louis. He is survived by: his wife Lydia Smith Jackson; his children, Rodginald R. Cayette (Melissa) and Kevin D. Jackson (Alisa); his grandchildren, Payton, Aspen, Bailee and Haeven Cayette; and his siblings, Rev. David Jackson (Bonnie), Arnold K. Jackson (Cheryl), Deloris Scieneaux (Bearl), Mary Ann Jackson, Deborah Norton (late John), Ethel Harris (Arthur) and Carol Harris. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, seating in the church is limited. Everyone in attendance is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing at all times.
