She was predeceased by: her husbands, Amos Nichols and Adrian Beatty; her parents, Paul Duplessis and Virginie Duplessis; and her siblings, Evelyn Duplessis, Leola Babin, Sybile Moore, Carbert, Russell, Joseph (Rip) and Jerome Duplessis (Joe). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
