She was predeceased by: her parents, Rebecca Irvin and Albert Sr. Irvin; her daughter Pamela R. Smith; and her siblings, Shriley Braxton and Floyd Irvin.
She is survived by: her husband Columbus C. of Washington; her daughters, Catherine Smith, Marla Smith, Lavita of Washington and Valerie Smith Duplessis (Reginald) of Gonzales, LA.; her siblings, Albert Irvin Jr. (Ella) of Hillaryville, LA., Michael Irvin, Ernestine West, Joann Irvin, Betty Baxter (Willie) and Lois Scott (Roosevelt); her godson Marvin Colar; and her sisters, Rosa Jones (Joseph) and Amill Thompson (Adam).
