She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Wooten and Beatrice Wooten; her husband Willie Earl Palmer; her children, Willie Earl Palmer, Jr., Louie Carroll Palmer, Lori Ann Palmer, Ann Roberts and Linda Kinnebrew; and her brothers, Clifton Moore, L. J. Wooten and Mickey Moore.
She is survived by: her son Gerald Palmer; and her siblings, Louie Wooten, Bobby Moore and Lawanda Beard. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
