He is survived by : his siblings, Otis Mayfield of Houston, TX, Joseph Harold Mayfield (Floretta) of Baton Rouge, LA, Joyce Eaglin, Barbara Senegal and Rita S. Pikes of Baton Rouge, LA; and his godchildren, Linda Barker, Joyce Eaglin and Stephanie Senegal. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
