It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Derousselle of Grand Coteau, Louisiana, born in Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on February 11, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Elvie Rubin Flugence. He is survived by : his wife Rose Marcel Derousselle of Grand Coteau; his father Jimmy Flugence of Lafayette; his siblings, Jason Derouselle (Dietra) of Lafayette and Shayla Jordan (Maurice) of The Woodlands, TX; his sisters-in-law, Jessica Marcel of Grand Coteau and Lisa Marcel of Grand Coteau; and his godchild Kim Francis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Due to the current COVID 19 Pandemic, the family requests that masks be worn at all times while attending the services.

“Dear Rose, I hope you know how much I cared for you and Kevin. I think of you everyday when I drive to work through Grand Coteau to the Academy. Y'all have always been in my prayers.
