He is survived by : his wife Shirley Leger Young of Grand Coteau, LA; his children, Marty Young of Houston, TX, Troy Young of Opelousas, LA, Lea Ann Bullara (Dean) of Opelousas, LA and Shirlene Young of Lafayette, LA; and his siblings, Ronald Young (Annette) of Houston, TX, Sherman Young (Nancy) of Church Point, LA, Nelda Turner (Bendal) of Church Point, LA and Peggy Baker (Mike) of Scott, LA.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
