He was predeceased by : his father Calvin Richard; his grandparents, Mary Ward and Felix Ward; and his uncle Farris Ward. He is survived by : his mother Elise J. Ward of Grand Coteau, LA; his children, Holden Lewis of Lafayette, LA and Chestina Lewis of Lafayette, LA; his siblings, John Ward of Grand Coteau, LA, Jerome Ward of Grand Coteau, LA, Kenneth Ward of Grand Coteau, LA and Tessie Ward of Grand Coteau, LA; and his grandchildren, McKenzie Lewis, Sadera Joseph, Saige Lewis and A'Nala Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
