Havard; his children, Teresa Needham (Wayne), Jennifer Wascom (Randal) and Edward L. Havard, Jr. (Joyce); and his sisters, Joann Achord, Wilma Venable and Hazel Allen. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
