He is survived by: his wife Elsie Miller Stewart; his children, Robert Bernard Stewart, Sr. (Julie), Charles Leslie Stewart and Helen Bernice Allen (Mark); his grandchildren, Robert Bernard Stewart, Jr., James Carney Stewart, Emily Blaine Allen, Mackenzie Leigh Allen Howard (Jacob), Lillian Marie Allen and Joseph Edward Allen; his great grandchild Vivian Leigh Howard; and his siblings, Larry Stewart (Rosana), Paul Stewart (Mona), Don Stewart (Diane), Ruth Cutrer (George) and Helen Cook. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McKneely Funeral Home - Kentwood (501 Ave G, Kentwood, LA 70444). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
