She was predeceased by : her husband John C. Ruiz II; her parents, Maud Vedros Carmouche and Rene Louis Carmouche Sr.; and her brother Warren F. Carmouche (Linda). She is survived by : her siblings, Rene L. Carmouche Jr. (Cheryl) and Penne C. Licciardi (David); her children, Bonnie L. Ruiz (Kevin), John E. Ruiz (Danielle), Cheryl A. Ruiz (Todd), Charles R. Ruiz (Dawn) and Theresa L. Ruiz; and her grandchildren, Ben, Ryan, Noell, Jacob, Trevor, Katie, Hunter and Olivia. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, countless cousins, and nephews.
