She was predeceased by: her close friend Albert Bryant; her parents, Ernest Casimere, Sr. and Estelle Shirley Refuge; her grandparents, Warren Refuge, Sr. and Estelle Blackedge Refuge; and her siblings, Eugene Refuge, Jr., Linda Harrison and Gwendolyn Casimere Burns.

She is survived by: her sons, Albert Lee Refuge and Dwayne Troy Refuge; and her siblings, James Refuge, Leroy Refuge, Ernest Casimere, Jr. and Ernestine Trotter. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
