He is survived by: his children, Toni Horvat (Nick), Wade (Jennifer), Jim, Kristin and Lauren (Chris); and his grandchildren, Kyle Cuzzort, Lydia Price, Erik Dugas, Valerie Horvat, Drew Price and Layla Lahr. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
