Juanita Kass Corkern Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Kass Corkern (Gretna, Louisiana), who passed away on August 25, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Rayford Corkern; her children, Sue Birou (Don Birou), Ray Corkern, Catherine Plaisance (Charlie Ward), Holly C. Helkenn (Richard Tomasello) and Donny Corkern (Loretta Corkern); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Birou, Andy Merriman (Brianna), Kayla Estell (Sean), Amanda Plaisance, Samantha Plaisance, Lindsey Helkenn, Angel Gearhart and Cassie Corkern.
As this was a cause that meant so much to her, we would like to ask that in lieu of flowers, donations are considered to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org) in her honor.
